Yet another Giuliani chump indicted

Rudy Giuliani friend Bernard Kerik has been indicted for tax evasion among other charges, sources familiar with the investigation said Thursday.

Former New York Police Commissioner Kerik will be charged with lying on his application for the job as head of the Department of Homeland Security and accepting free rent and apartment renovations in an indictment to be unsealed on Friday.

The indictment is expected to be unsealed on Friday, two sources familiar with the probe told ABC News.

Prosecutors had been looking into allegations against Kerik that include bribery and tax evasion, sources said earlier this week.
