Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign is in dire fiscal straits and heading for quick end if he doesn't win the Florida primary.

About dozen senior campaign staff members of Giuliani's presidential campaign were asked to work without pay for the month of January, and perhaps longer, so that campaign resources could be focused on the Florida Republican presidential primary.

"We didn't ask anybody to do it," Mr. 911 told reporters Friday. "Some people volunteered to do it because they wanted to stretch out the money," he said. "We've got quite a bit of money and they wanted to make sure that we had even more money for the end of this situation in Florida, so we could have enough on the air or whatever."

Giuliani has placed near or at the bottom of every primary and caucus so far and is counting on a victory in Florida on Jan. 29th to prove his candidacy is viable.

Giuliani Exposed As Fraud by NY Firefighters

In October Joe Biden mocked Giuliani during the MSNBC debate about his constant tactic to scare voters about 9/11 - "And the irony is, Rudy Giuliani, probably the most underqualified man since George Bush to seek the presidency, is here talking about any of the people here. Rudy Giuliani... I mean, think about it! Rudy Giuliani. There's only three things he mentions in a sentence -- a noun, a verb, and 9/11. There's nothing else!"
