Yogi Bear Creator Dies

Los Angeles, CA - Tom and Jerry, Yogi Bear and the Flintstones creator Joe Barbera has died. He was 95.

Barbera was one half of the Hanna-Barbera animation team that produced some Academy Award winning animation classics.

Barbera passed away from natural causes.

Hanna and Barbera started with the Tom and Jerry cartoons (that won seven Academy Awards) and branched out from there.

"The Flintstones," "Scooby-Doo," "The Jetsons," and "Yogi Bear," were the duo's greatest hits.
