Alexandra Dupre suing Francis over use of videosAshley Alexandra Dupre, the call girl in the middle of the Eliot Spitzer scandal, is suing the founder of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos for more than $10 million. ![]() Dupre claims she never gave Francis permission to use her name and likeness to advertise videos. Alexandra Dupre claims she was 17 and not old enough to sign a contract when the videos were taken in 2003 in Miami Beach. The New York Times said that Ashley Youmans - now known as Ashley Alexandra Dupre - was identified in court documents as Kristen, the high-priced prostitute who met with Spitzer at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington on February 13. Dupre has not been charged with any crime. She made a brief appearance Monday in U.S. Magistrate Court as a witness against four people charged with operating Emperor's Club VIP, the prostitution ring, the Times said. ![]() Dupre says she left a broken home at age 17 and came to New York City to work the nightclubs as a rhythm and blues singer. Now, at 22, she is the unwitting, and as yet unseen, star of the seamy drama that is the downfall of Gov. Eliot Spitzer of New York. © AlaskaReport.
